Fleissner will exhibit newly developed machinery for nonwovens production at this international trade fair. The focus in the nonwovens sector will be on the following machinery: 1. AquaJet spunlace
system for nonwovens with various working widths up to 5400 mm The new "LeanJet" concept for simple applications will be presented. 2. High-capacity through-air dryer, Omega type, for high speeds of up to 900 m/min, used both for drying and for thermofusion of spunbonded and staple fiber web. 3. TAD heatsetting line for geotextiles with working widths of up to 7000 mm, offering essential advantages compared to horizontal stenters, calenders or infrared heatsetting. 4. Bonding lines for all kinds of nonwovens with binder impregnation applied as liquid or foam, and the newly developed HighSpeed impregnation process for unbonded carding webs and other applications for up to 200 m/min.
