CITME 2006 in Beijing/China, 17. - 21.10.2006

Fleissner GmbH and Zimmer AG (Frankfurt am Main) will present their production programs at a joint stand at CITME 06.

You will find this stand in hall 2, stand No. B14 - B15.

Fleissner will provide its customers with information on the following production sections:

New developments for the nonwovens industry

• New developments with Fleissner AquaJet Spunlace system for new generations of filter webs
• Spunbond/airlaid/spunlace composites for production of wipes with improved quality, lower weight products and lower production costs
• Hydroembossed spunlaced nonwovens - new 2-D and 3-D structures
• Lean AquaJet: A growing market for newcomers in spunlace production. This system is characterized by attractive investment costs.
• Multilayer nonwoven composites with all kinds of different layers
• New developments for the production of artificial leather with microfibers, produced with AquaJet technology

New developments for the man-made fiber industry

The delivery program for the man-made fiber section has been extended to include machinery for spinning systems:

Fleissner now offers modern, tailor-made staple fiber lines consisting of spinning plant and fiber line. The well-tried Zimmer BN100 spinning system is used for two-stage processes, while for the single-stage process customers can choose from three different systems depending on the project type.

Whether it's from chip, flake, or melt, Fleissner will be your partner for the latest technologies for PET, PP, PA, PTT and PE for:

• 2-step process (conventional spinning and fiber line)
• 1-step process (compact spinning + fiber line)
• bicomponent fibers
• conversion of recycled PET bottle flakes into fiber

A spinning tower was added to the Fleissner technical center so that now modern pilot spinning systems and a modern pilot fiber line will be available for trials.

New developments for the textile industry (carpet, wool)

In the field of textile finishing Fleissner will inform about:

• Continuous finishing lines and components for dyeing and printing of tufted carpets
• Fleissner TWIN system, dye liquor applicator for rapid color change for tufted carpets
• AquaCarpet bonding of carpet backings without latex pre-coat with spunlace technology
• Raw wool scouring lines for gentle scouring. No felting of wool due to perforated drum technology.
• Complete bleaching and dyeing systems for loose-stock fibers with opening and drying lines
• Loose-stock drying lines (all fiber types) after bleaching or dyeing
• Washing and drying lines for tows and slivers after discontinuous dyeing
• Continuous and semi-continuous dyeing lines for wool tops and synthetics fiber tows
• Anti-felt finishing lines for wool tops by the Basolan, Dylan and Chlorine/Hercosett (system 2) processes
• Drying lines for woven and knit goods
• HT-SteamSet heatsetting line for tubular goods containing elastane
