160 years of Fleissner - Fleissner presented innovation firework
in the field of nonwoven technology.
Fleissner
AquaJet-Spunlace family
1. Fleissner
AquaJet
The AquaJet is the most versatile machine within the Fleissner spunlace
machinery and is able to bond all kinds of nonwovens from low weights
(20 g/m²) to very high weights (500 g/m²) at pressures of up to 400
bar and line speeds of more than 600 m/min for spunbond processes.
The AquaJet is successfully operated as Jumbo AquaJet at more than
5 m working width and it also manufactures excellent carded products
at line speeds of 300 m/min. It is used for composite lines (SPC,
CPC and other proprietary material combinations). Fleissner is the
sole supplier of SPC composite lines. SPC is the newest commercialized
product targeting the wet wipes market, presenting the ideal combination
of excellent strength (spunbond layer), best absorbency (pulp layer)
and nice textile hand (carded layer). The newest technology is treating
spunbond materials with spunlace technology for enhanced product properties.
The first REICOFIL spunbond line with a Fleissner spunlace line will
be started up in 2009 in Belarus.
2. Fleissner
LeanJet
The LeanJet was especially designed for processes with one upstream
card, inline or crosslapped. It can operate up to 150 m/min. Customers
in China and worldwide are already benefiting from its advantages
for the production of spunlaced materials.
3. Fleissner
MiniJet
The MiniJet is the newest member of the family, a hydroentanglement
machine of either 500 mm or 1.000 mm working width for small production
and / or laboratory purposes at attractive investment costs. Especially
in combination with Trützschler TC-07-H cards with special shoving
unit for nonwoven applications it will present a very economical solution
for the production of cotton, viscose and PET / viscose products up
to 55 m/min production speed.

Fleissner
flat belt oven technology for thermobonding processes
Container -built,
modular design for high loft nonwovens such as mattresses, quilts,
automotive applications up to 400 mm material thickness. Fleissner
was able to develop this technology in record time due to its experiences
in the perforated drum drying. The special features of this machine
are lowest energy consumption, easy maintenance access, and infinite
working width adjustment for highest product flexibility at top German
manufacturing quality for longest service life. The first orders for
this machinery could already be secured since official launching end
of September 2008 at an Open House event to celebrate the 160 year
anniversary of Fleissner inside its facilities in Germany. Fleissner
now covers the full range of thermobonding and drying equipment to
satisfy all wishes of their customers.

Fleissner
high speed chemical bonding process
Fleissner developed
a new technological concept to more than double the line speeds of
chemical bonding processes. By integrating a small hydroentanglement
for pre- bonding, the system can operate up to 200 m/min now. Many
hygienic and technical textile applications, especially those products
in demand of large quantities, can be manufactured at reduced product
costs. The pilot line in Germany is capable of accommodating inline
tests for interested customers.
