It was in 1929 that Hans Fleissner obtained his first through-air dryer patent. The innovative strength of the company is further illustrated by the delivery of machines for the man-made fiber industry since 1960 including numerous developments which have set standards. These include, for example, the introduction of the double jacket roller in 1969, the delivery of compact staple fiber lines since 1977, introduction of the first high capacity staple fiber treatment lines for 200 tons per day in 1980 and the Fleissner Jumbo Crimper with a working width of 560 mm in 1996. Since 2006 Fleissner is a system supplier for staple fiber production plants including state-of-the art spinning systems. |
